Hey everyone! I hope you are having a good week so far. I have been busy finishing up the Fit and Toned 12-week Bikini Body Plan for it’s March 1 launch date. It’s been a lot of work but I’m really happy with how it is all turning out. In the meantime, are you looking for some great ab exercises that are going to help you tone that tummy and let’s face it, make your jeans feel more comfortable? Check out these 3 exercises:
1. Reverse Crunch: Start with feet in the air then lift the hips off the ground into the air without using momentum to swing your feet. Do 15 reps.
2. Russian Twist: Sit in a “boat” position with feet off the ground. Twist your upper body to one side using your abs then twist to the other side. Use a weight for an increased challenge. Do 10 reps to each side.
3. V-Up: Start out lying flat on the ground with arms above head. In one movement, lift both legs and arms off the ground and lift into a “V” position. Lower back down to the floor in one movement. Do 15 reps.
